Youth Board of Directors

The Youth Board is a governing body of young people ages 15–25 who set organizational strategy, lead on policy priorities, and hold real governance authority alongside adult staff. Not an advisory role. A governing one.

Ambassadors carry Seen & Heard's policy positions into their schools, communities, and states, backed by structured advocacy training and organizational support. Participants build real policy skills, connect with mentors, and develop the civic record that positions them for the Fellows Program.

A structured policy fellowship for emerging advocates ready to engage at the state and national level. Fellows receive mentorship, direct policymaker access, and real advocacy responsibilities as part of the primary pathway to Youth Board membership.
